Curved Glass Hot Stamping

Curved glass hot stamping covers the application of metallic or pigmented foil to rounded, tapered, or otherwise non-flat glass surfaces using heat and pressure. On curved bottles, uniform contact is more difficult than on flat areas, because the stamping tool, bottle geometry, and artwork layout influence transfer completeness and edge definition. When the glass is spray-coated, the bond becomes a layer-to-layer system: glass to coating, then coating to foil. Foil grade, coating chemistry, cure, surface cleanliness, and process settings must be compatible. Buyers should approve decoration through physical samples and evaluate adhesion, appearance, and durability before freezing the sequence for production.
