One-Stop Skincare Packaging Solution for Yore Organics
Yore Organics needed one supplier to coordinate its glass jars, decoration, cartons and display packaging while keeping a clean, consistent black-and-white brand identity.
Challenge
Select the right cream jar capacity and make the jar, lid, printing and carton work as one complete packaging system.
Development
The project started with one cream jar and later expanded into additional secondary and retail display packaging.
Custom Bulb-Shaped Glass Bottle Development for TRISYSTEMS CZ
The customer sent its existing bulb-shaped glass bottle and needed a larger capacity while preserving the distinctive original shape used for its capsule packaging.
Challenge
The bottle could not simply be enlarged. Its capacity, proportions and structure had to be redesigned while keeping the recognizable bulb shape and controlling mold development cost.
Development
After bottle shape, capacity and samples were approved, the project moved from a trial order into stable production with regular monthly repeat orders.

Multi-SKU Serum Bottle Color & Print Consistency for Laviren
Laviren needed one recognizable serum bottle system that could use different bottle colors for different products while maintaining a consistent brand identity across the full range.
Challenge
Maintain bottle color consistency across production batches while keeping Laviren’s subtle, low-contrast printing style clear and readable, and coordinate matte droppers below the accessory’s normal MOQ.
Development
The first 2 SKUs entered production successfully, followed by 3 additional products using the same scalable packaging approach.
Bottle & Closure Compatibility for Primage Gentle Massage Oil
Primage had already selected the glass bottle for its massage oil, but the original closure system did not provide the required fit, sealing and assembly performance.
Challenge
Match the closure to the bottle neck while confirming stable assembly, proper sealing, correct dip-tube length and reliable dispensing before moving into bulk production.
Development
A stable bottle and closure combination was confirmed before mass production, reducing the risk of leakage, poor fitting and functional issues during final assembly.

Multi-SKU Glass Jar Production & Export Control for Aroma-Zone
Aroma-Zone orders multiple glass packaging SKUs that are often consolidated into full-container shipments, with strict requirements for quality, packing safety and delivery schedules.
Challenge
Coordinate multiple SKUs under one shipment plan while maintaining batch consistency, safe packing and delivery control, since a delay in one item could affect the entire container shipment.
Development
Multiple SKUs were completed, inspected and shipped as planned, with clear pallet identification and coordinated full-container delivery. The customer later recognized the order execution, quality control and shipping support.
Small-Batch Multi-SKU Nail Packaging Supply for Luxor
Luxor is a professional nail salon ordering multiple packaging SKUs in small quantities, with particular attention to printing quality and brush performance during actual application.
Challenge
Maintain consistent printing, component quality and brush performance across multiple SKUs despite relatively small order volumes and flexible repeat-order requirements.
Development
Sample approval and bulk inspection helped maintain consistent quality across small multi-SKU orders while allowing Luxor to arrange flexible follow-up orders based on actual demand.

Multi-SKU Packaging Standardization for Onatera
Onatera manages a growing range of supplement SKUs and needed one repeatable packaging standard that could support future products and repeat orders without restarting development each time.
Challenge
Standardize the bottle shape, closure, dimensions and overall packaging structure so different SKUs could follow the same reference while maintaining a consistent brand presentation.
Development
A repeatable packaging reference was established, allowing future SKUs and repeat orders to follow the same specifications while reducing repeated confirmation and maintaining consistency across the product collection.
Export Packaging & Breakage Prevention for Skinminute
Skinminute already had an established glass packaging range but needed stronger protection for long-distance export shipments and repeated warehouse handling.
Challenge
Reduce the risk of glass breakage caused by impact, compression or insufficient fixation during carton packing, pallet handling and long-distance transportation without changing the product itself.
Development
A more reliable export packing standard was established, providing stronger protection from carton packing and pallet transportation through final warehouse receiving.
